投资项目专员Investment Project Specialist

岗位职责:

Responsibilities:


1、参与集团发展战略规划工作,指导、审核集团及所投资企业战略规划的制定,对执行情况进行定期跟进与评估分析;

1.Participate in the design of group company’s development strategic planning; direct and review strategic plans of the group company and enterprises it has invested in; regularly follow up and assess implementation of the strategic plans;
2、定期对集团投资的行业及行业内重点企业运营情况等进行分析和研究,与集团投资项目实际运营情况进行对比分析,为集团发展方向与策略选择提供科学依据和运营建议;

2.Regularly analyze and study the industries that the group company has invested in and the operation of key enterprises within these industries, comparatively analyze the actual operation status of the group company, to provide scientific evidence and operation suggestions for the development direction and strategy selection of the group company;
3、参与集团及所投资企业年度计划预算编制工作,及时进行跟踪、反馈、评价并提出有效的调整建议;3.Participate in the preparation of the annual budget reports of the group company and enterprises it invested in; follow up, collect feedback, assess and provide effective adjustment proposals in time;
4、负责集团所投资企业经营状况的信息报告,跟进其例会并就经营情况进行检查、分析,形成集团总结报告;4.Responsible for the information report of the operation of the company and enterprises it has invested in, follow up their regular meetings, inspect and analyse their operation situation and prepare reports;
5、收集与集团投资项目有关的优惠政策信息,制定获得优惠政策的实施方案;为获得优惠政策而组织编写、申报等各项工作,对获得优惠政策项目的实施情况进行跟踪。

5.Collect preferential policies related to the projects invested by the group company; develop implementation proposals to obtain preferential policies; organize the preparation of and application for getting preferential policies; and follow up the implementation of some projects that have enjoyed incentives.


岗位要求:

Requirements:


1、学历要求硕士,经济学、金融学等相关专业;

1.Master’s degree or higher; majoring in economics and finance, etc.;
2、熟练运用各类办公软件和财务、统计软件;

2.Adept in MS Office Tools and financial and statistical software;
3、有商业计划书、项目建议书、可行性分析报告、行业研究报告等撰写经验;

3.Experience in preparing business plans, project proposals, feasibility analysis reports and industry research reports;
4、具有较强的社交沟通能力、业务协调能力及书面文字表达能力;

4.Effective interactive communication ability, coordination ability and writing ability;
5、有责任心和团队合作精神,能接受不定期项目出差

5.Responsible, good teamwork spirit and accepting irregular business trips.
